AC Milan and PUMA are set to release an innovative new shirt for the training wear range, one which is described as being ‘water reactive’.
As per Calcio e Finanza – who cite FootyHeadlines – the prevailing colour of the new training shirt is red but there will also be a black version available. These are the essential characteristics:
- Water resistant fabric;
- fitted sleeves and side seams, important for increasing freedom of movement during running;
- Puma logo positioned on the chest on the right side;
- Milan Official Logo on the left;
- Graphics that appear on the front when the material gets wet;
- 100% polyester fabric.

Meanwhile, there have been a number of supposed leaks for Milan’s 2021-22 home shirt featuring a barcode design, but Simone Cristao of Radio Rossoneri has commented on the rumours.
“The 2021-22 AC Milan shirt will be neither a barcode nor will it be similar to what has been filmed on social media in recent days,” he said on Twitter.
