GdS: Pioli wants all focus on Atalanta game – there will be no group watching of Cagliari-Inter

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli wants no distractions from the focus of his side this weekend, so no eyes will be on the game between Cagliari and Inter after the Atalanta clash.

According to what is being reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via SempreMilan.it), Pioli and the Milan management are rightly doing their utmost to keep the concentration high at Milanello given there is 180 minutes separating the squad from winning the Sucdetto.

The game against Atalanta is the only thought at the moment, while there is a ‘ban’ on thinking about what Inter will do while playing a few hours later against Cagliari away from home.

The paper adds that no collective gathering was organised to see what Inter will do after the match that Milan will play against Atalanta. The reason is this: being the architects of your own destiny means thinking about doing your duty without any distraction.

It is a routine that Milan have maintained throughout the season and which certainly will not be changed in such a delicate moment, so the Rossoneri will give their all in the last two matches and see what happens.
