Tuttosport: PSG step up attempts to sign Milan defender but the player is not interested

By Oliver Fisher -

Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing Pierre Kalulu from AC Milan but they are likely to be met by a wall, according to a report.

This morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews) speaks about how PSG are looking for a new centre-back to bolster their backline moving forward, but they have shifted their attention away from Milan Skriniar who may well end up renewing with Inter.

Their gaze hasn’t drifted far away from the blue side of the Navigli though, as the paper writes that the Parisians have increased their pressing for Kalulu, who recently extended his contract until 2027 with the Rossoneri.

It was a smart move from Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara to secure his long-term future, clearly aware that interest may gather, and at the moment Milan has no intention of even opening discussions over Kalulu while the player himself is also not interested in listening to PSG.

  1. Hopefully next summer Milan can sell him to PSG for 70-80 million and Theo 100 million to Madrid, while in January Leao can bring 100-150 million ^^

        1. I’m not sure what are you talking about here.

Why would i feel pissed / angry if Milan can sell these players and got a lot of cash to strengthen their financial and search for better replacement?

          1. There is no better replacement for Theo. On another page you “suggested” selling Kalulu too. If you really want to fix the budget, only one sale is needed and no need to kick out 3 important players.

  2. The level of stupidity of some fans never ceases to amaze me… then the player himself declares that he is not interested in the transfer, and even so the guy declares that he would be happy if we negotiated him! And we’re talking about an excellent young player, who has everything to become one of the team’s points of reference for years to come!!!

Anyway, if you have more than two neurons working in your head and you love Milan, you want to see the club competing for titles with an increasingly strong squad, generating income not through weakening the team, but through marketing, broadcasting rights, awards, exploration of the brand in other markets, etc.
