Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has said that everyone wants to come to his club amid known interest in AC Milan forward Rafael Leao.
Speaking whilst at the Golden Boy 2022 awards to Tuttosport (via Milan News), Perez made a statement that could concern Milan and the fans in the context of Leao’s future.
The president was not speaking in response to a question specifically about Leao, but when talking about strikers he said that there is never any issue in convincing players to join Real Madrid.
“Real Madrid is a club where everyone wants to come. There is never any difficulty in convincing someone to accept Real Madrid’s offer,” Perez said.
“There is a great organisation, the strategies are always good, the salaries are good, in short, all the great champions want to play for Real Madrid.”
Los Blancos are one of many massive clubs in Europe that are very keen on signing the Portuguese forward and they are perhaps the ones that have shown the most genuine interest.
The Rossoneri are working very hard to get Leao to sign a new contract so that if he were to sign for a team like Real Madrid, it would be for a fee that is representative of his immense talent.
