Ahead of the transfer window, AC Milan were rumoured to be interested in signing a midfielder, but their focus was mainly on another defender and a striker. Nevertheless, as has been commonly stated, January would be a window of opportunities, and the Rossoneri may have found one.
Even with the injury that Tommaso Pobega suffered, there was no feeling of desperation to add to the midfield ranks by Milan. However, there has recently been a new addition to their list of midfield targets.
Reports have suggested that the club are interested in Federico Redondo, the son of former midfielder Fernando. However, the Portuguese paper Record (via PianetaMilan) have reported that the Diavolo are interested in Zan Jevsenak, the ‘Slovenian Jewel’, who currently plays for Benfica’s B team.
The versatile 20-year-old midfielder could be available for around €1.3million, but it is yet to be seen if the Rossoneri will act now to get ahead of any competition or whether they will wait until the summer to make a potential move.
I would like to see Gyokeres but he will be very expensive, also Zirkzee will cost over 35mil . David and Sesko are affordable but they are not much better than Iovic.
Sesko and David are way better than Jovic. In Order the names you mentioned are:
David
Gyokeres
Sesko
Zirkzee.
If we can get Sesko it would be a player for now and the future and it would make the management look good in our eyes again
Better than Jovic? That’s a bold statement to make.
If you want him get him now don’t chicken out like popovic just because he’s Slovenian
Popović is Serbian while Žan is Slovenian. Šeško is also Slovenian. And there’s a huge difference between these two countries. Learn the difference.
We should be at the point where, we only make 1 or 2 big signings per season, game winning players, instead of going 4-5 mid-tier signings every season
From what i see, current lineup can stay the same for like 4-5 years, aside from girourd.
Im happy with current Milan, we certainly moving forward
