AC Milan are keen on the idea of selling full-back Davide Calabria in order to secure capital gains and buy a replacement, it is claimed.
The Primavera product has not had the easiest of seasons and has lost the starting right-back spot to Andrea Conti after a combination of poor form and suspensions.
Calciomercato.com reported earlier today that Calabria’s agent Alessandro Lucci for was present at Casa Milan on Monday afternoon for a meeting with the club’s management in order to resolve his client’s future, with Sevilla, Bologna and Fiorentina keen.
According to journalist Nicolo Schira on Twitter, Milan would not be against selling Calabria as it would allow them to make a pure capital gain, with Bologna the most interested.
In addition, Schira mentions that Milan are working on signing another right-back despite that addition of Pierre Kalulu, with Emerson of Barcelona and Denzel Dumfries of PSV Eindhoven the two main options at present.
