AC Milan are one of the clubs keen on landing Cagliari midfielder Razvan Marin but could face a market derby, according to a report.
Calciomercato (via prosport.ro) reports how a number of clubs have been left impressed by Marin’s performances for Cagliari and several top teams have set their sights on the former Ajax midfielder, including Milan and Inter.
Torino and Sampdoria are the other teams in Serie A that are interested in Marin, who has one goal and three assists in 26 league appearances so far this season for the Sardinian outfit.
The 24-year-old is also wanted by Lille, the current Ligue 1 leaders who are preparing for a return to the Champions League and even hope to win the title ahead of PSG.
Marin made his debut with Romania in 2016, after having previously represented the country at youth levels, and signed a five-year deal with Cagliari in summer 2020 having joined on loan with an obligation to buy.
