Report: Milan’s interest in Man Utd defender fuelled as offer arrives for full-back

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan’s interest in Manchester United defender Diogo Dalot has been fuelled by the fact an offer has arrived for Andrea Conti, a report claims.

Sky Italia journalist Luca Marchetti (via MilanNews) reported on Tuesday night that Milan like Diogo Dalot a lot. The 21-year-old is destined to leave Man Utd this window and the Rossoneri are currently monitoring the situation.

The catch though is that the Red Devils are willing to let him leave on loan, but want to include an obligation to buy. It remains to be seen if Milan will move forward with their interest in the defender, with more updates expected in the coming days.

According to Alessandro Jacobone of Sportitalia and Radio Rossonera, Milan have received an offer for Andrea Conti and that is what has fuelled the serious interest in Dalot.

The Rossoneri full-back has been very unlucky so far since he arrived and has never been able to find continuity due to injuries, meaning the management would likely be open to a sale, and Jacobone adds that the offer is from another Italian club.
