Reports: AC Milan eyeing loan deal as Carrasco drops social media hint over move

AC Milan have intensified talks over winger Yannick Carrasco, according to the latest reports.

Carrasco has been linked with a return to Europe, but his current club do not want to make a loss on the €30m they paid to sign him last year.

In addition, the Belgium international earns €10m-per-year salary, but the report claims that the fact he is only 25 makes a pursuit more tempting.

Meanwhile, a report from Friday’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Carrasco is top of Milan’s shopping list for January.

The leadership are currently pursuing a loan deal with option to buy, but Carrasco would be required to cut his salary before moving to the club.
