Reports: Diaz and Gabbia to start for Milan against Juventus – the XI

Stefano Pioli is expected to make a few changes to the starting XI for AC Milan’s clash against Juventus tomorrow, following the mid-week defeat to Chelsea. In fact, Matteo Gabbia and Brahim Diaz should start.

The Rossoneri struggled to impose themselves at the Stamford Bridge and will be looking for a confidence boost ahead of the return leg. Juventus will visit San Siro tomorrow and it should be an exciting clash, with a lot at stake for both sides.

According to Sky Italia and MilanNews, Gabbia is expected to play from the first minute and that means Pierre Kalulu will start on the right. Sergino Dest didn’t do particularly well against Chelsea and that change certainly makes sense.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Tatarusanu; Kalulu, Gabbia, Tomori, Hernandez; Bennacer, Tonali; Krunic, Diaz, Leao; Giroud.

Another player that struggled against Chelsea was Charles De Ketelaere, who most likely will be snubbed/get rest tomorrow in favour of Brahim Diaz. The latter did do well off the bench last time out and he will have a point to prove.
