AC Milan director Paolo Maldini has no intention of resting despite a busy January window already, according to a reports.
As La Gazzetta dello Sport, Corriere dello Sport and Tuttosport (via MilanLive) report, the Rossoneri are looking to try and seal two more signings before the window shuts, starting with centre-back Fikayo Tomori of Chelsea who now appears to be the club’s number one target.
Milan and Chelsea must find a definitive agreement on the amount of Tomori’s option to buy, because the clubs have agreed on the formula – a loan with option to buy – but not the amount.
The papers all confirm that Chelsea want to set the price at €30million, but Milan want to fix it at a lower amount, with the parties in constant contact and ready to close the deal in the next few hours.
Maldini and Massara would also like to sign a left-back as Pioli is missing a real deputy to Theo Hernandez. The name that circulates most is that of Barcelona’s Junior Firpo, who could possibly arrive on loan.
forza Milan… keep moving until we lift the Secudetto.
