It has been reported by virtually every major source that Milan have been following the Swiss striker Noah Okafor for months now. The rumours started when he scored against the Rossoneri in the Champions League group stages for RB Salzburg, and were most recently touched upon by Calciomercato.com.

As Fabrizio Romano confirms today, Okafor the absolute intention of leaving the Austrian side and taking the next step in his career, with the journalist even saying that he is one to ‘keep an eye on’.

There are clubs who wanted the 22-year-old as early as January, namely teams in England and Germany, but they were not successful. Now, Okafor and his entourage have very clear ideas: to stay at Salzburg until the summer and then make a switch.
