AC Milan’s interest in signing Kevin Schade from Brentford has been confirmed by Fabrizio Romano, but there will not be a January approach.
A lot of the talk at the moment involving Milan and transfer business revolves around Santiago Gimenez, who has admitted to being flattered by the interest with reports today suggesting that the aim is to sign the Mexico international prior to Sunday’s derby against Inter.
However, Fabrizio Romano has suggested that getting a new winger is also something that the directors are looking at, in particular Kevin Schade. The Brentford star is ‘appreciated’ by the Rossoneri, but in view of the summer window.
The problem is that the 23-year-old ‘remains high on Borussia Dortmund’s list for this week’ if Karim Adeyemi leaves the club, with Napoli believed to be in talks over his signing. Thus, Milan might have to cross a target off their list if BVB move earlier.
Schade is under contract until 2028 and has a Transfermarkt valuation of €22m, so he will command a significant fee. That is especially the case given his importance to Brentford, with six goals and two assists to his name in the Premier League so far this season across 23 appearances.
He is also now a full Germany international, having made four appearances for the senior side, albeit without scoring a goal yet and with only 47 minutes of action cumulatively.
This is all made-up stuff. Milan are not willing to spend more than 20 mln on a player. Walker was brought in because he was on loan with a cheap transfer fee. Plus he is famous so he can be used to attract fans.
You mean apart from CDK, Musah, Chukwueze, Pulisic, Reijnders and Fofana? Stop peddling the ignorant crap about the owners being cheap.
Where did I say that “the owners are cheap”? And yeah, Gerry hasn’t bought anyone for more than ~20 mln. It seems it is some spending limit on how much can be spent on a player. This kind of strategy is cheap, though I didn’t say it.
What the fvck a SHINTER fan is doing here?! For chrissake…
Calm down and grow up.
If we pay 20 or 200M for a goddamn player is not a goddamn Shinter problem…
If we pay 2, 20 or 200M for a goddamn player is not a goddamn Shinter problem…
Hahaha calm down, stop posting like a bot.
Are you also active on SempreInter? If so, are you agent in this site?
All these transfer rumors for every position except the one we desperately need. How Ricci and Frendrup aren’t the TOP priority is baffling. Even if not brought in now, get an agreement done for arrival in the summer those 2 alone would practically solve our midfield issues. Then we can focus on something like a winger, or potentially a new LB if Theo continues the way he’s going, even tho I’d like to see us give Bartesaghi a genuine chance
He’s special
Everybody in the summer bro yh this management needs to sell the club to someone who is serious about it
In my opinion, Morata and Abraham were by far the worst signings of the last transfer window… much worse than Emerson Royal, if you ask me. For the simple fact that both of them combined do not make a forward/striker worth mentioning, capable of providing the club with the goal average expected of a top-level player. Therefore, signing a top-level striker is indeed our most urgent, in fact utmost priority.
