Atletico Madrid are offering AC Milan no discounts for Angel Correa despite their own desire to sign Rodrigo, a report claims.
Widespread reports have suggested that a transfer cycle of sorts could be closed; with Correa finally joining Milan, Rodrigo Moreno joining Atletico from Valencia and Andre Silva possibly going to Spain to replace him.
Personal terms have already been agreed with Correa, however a deal continues to crawl towards completion despite speculation it would be tied up fairly quickly.
Now, Sky Italia (via MilanNews.it) are claiming that the situation is getting more and more difficult.
Correa’s agent – Agustin Jimenez – has reportedly received word from the Rossoneri leadership that the current offer of €40m plus bonuses will not be raised.
Meanwhile, Atletico are not keen on offered any discounts for the Argentine, as Monaco have already offered the requested amount (€50m).
