Sky: Inter could turn to Milan target after moving on from Lukaku

Inter could now try and secure a deal for AC Milan target Alvaro Morata after they dramatically brought their Romelu Lukaku pursuit to a close, a report claims.

As has been reported by Sky Sport Italia (via Milan News), Inter are turning their attention to other strikers now that they have stopped negotiating for Romelu Lukaku’s return to the club on a permanent deal.

It now seems that he will be speaking exclusively with Juventus, but Inter only have Lautaro Martinez and Joaquin Correa as strikers in the squad.

For that reason, Atletico Madrid’s Morata is now a target for Inter, a player that Milan have seemed very serious about signing.

As well as Morata, Spezia’s M’Bala Nzola, Arsenal’s Folarin Balogun and Porto’s Mehdi Taremi are also targets for the Nerazzurri. It will be an issue for Milan if they end up in a straight race with Inter for Morata.
