As has been reported by Sky Sport (via Calciomercato.com), the Biancocelesti are looking to spend some of the money they made from the sale of Sergej Milinkovic-Savic to Al Hilal.

It was reported earlier in July that Milan had agreed personal terms with Isaksemn as well as a transfer fee with the Danish side.

That does not seem to have been acted on given Milan have since signed Christian Pulisic from Chelsea and are pushing ahead with deals for Arnaut Danjuma and Samuel Chukwueze from Villarreal.

Isaksen will be a good signing for whoever does get him given he was top scorer in the Danish top flight last season, scoring 18 times. Milan do not view him as a priority, but he is an option that could be taken away by Lazio.
