AC Milan were aware that Hakim Ziyech wants to negotiate his own future and now are looking to strike a deal with Chelsea, a report claims.
Ziyech has announced on Instagram that he is ‘taking full control of his professional future’ amid reports linking him with a move to Milan this summer. There are several sources claiming that he is a concrete target for the Rossoneri and now this statement will certainly shake things up.

Gianluca Di Marzio spoke about the situation relating to Ziyech on Sky (via MilanNews), and confirmed that he is a profile that Milan really like as a potential reinforcement for the attacking department.
Yesterday he did indeed decide to part with his representative agency, but Di Marzio claims ‘Milan knew that Ziyech wanted to negotiate his future alone with his lawyers’. He adds that contacts ‘have been going on for some time and an agreement must be found with Chelsea’.
