Sky: Milan have made a decision on Real Madrid loanee – what happens now

AC Milan have decided that they want to keep Brahim Diaz and will thus sit down with Real Madrid to discuss the matter very soon. In fact, the parties could even meet in the upcoming days, a report claims. 

Brahim Diaz initially joined the club on a season-long loan back in 2020 and after that expired, Milan agreed on a new two-year loan with Real Madrid. This summer, therefore, the Rossoneri need to make a permanent decision.

According to Sky Italia, as cited by Francesco Nasato, Milan have decided that they want to keep the No.10 and will meet with Real Madrid in the coming days. As we have learned (read here), Paolo Maldini wants to close a deal at €15m.

Diaz has played 121 games for Milan and has registered 17 goals, while assisting an additional 12. This season, he has six goals as well as four assists and while we have seen great games from him, we have also seen some very poor ones.
