The Rossoneri will play their first game under new head coach Stefano Pioli as they welcome their newly-promoted opponents on Sunday night.
Pioli will be looking to turn around a team who have lost four of their first seven league games to start the season.
A 50,000 strong home crowd is set to welcome Milan back after the international break, though protests are expected from fans.
According to the latest from Sky Italia, Pioli will use a 4-3-3 formation and bench Krzysztof Piatek, with Suso, Rafael Leao and Hakan Calhanoglu set to be the starting front three.
In the midfield though there could be a small change, as they expect Kessie to swap over to the left side and Paqueta to move to the right.
MILAN (4-3-3): Donnarumma; Conti, Musacchio, Romagnoli, Theo; Paquetá, Biglia, Kessie; Suso, Leão, Calhanoglu.
