MN: Curva Sud expected to protest for 90 minutes against Lecce

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan’s ultras – the Curva Sud – will once again protest during Sunday night’s game against Lecce at San Siro, a report claims.

Marco Giampaolo was sacked as the Rossoneri’s head coach just 111 days into his time in charge – the shortest reign of any manager in the club’s history.

Pioli was officially confirmed as his successor less than 24 hours later amid protests from supporters, including getting the hashtag #PioliOut trending on Twitter.

According to MilanNews.it, the Curva Sud are likely to once again show their displeasure at the club’s current management, and the banner: “Time expired … DEMONSTRATE” that was seen at Genoa could be displayed again.

However that will not be all: there will be no songs of any kind during the 90 minutes, and more banners are expected telling the team to fight for the shirt and the club.
