Alessio Romagnoli –and probably Cristian Zapata too- will stay, while Gabriel Paletta will come back; however, AC Milan will need to sign at least one new center back.

FC Sion’s 24-year-old Léo Lacroix – who during the last transfer window could have joined AS Roma and city rivals Inter Milan – has been offered to the rossoneri, who could obtain him on loan with right to buy.

The Swiss international is incredibly strong from a physical point of view, but he is also tactically skilled.

Lacroix could be perfect next to Romagnoli, and has reasonable costs; moreover, the Swiss club needs to yield the player during the current transfer window and is in great terms with Milan.
