Tare’s appointment as the new director of Milan was made official on Monday afternoon, bringing an end to a saga that had been ongoing for several weeks. He became operational on the same day, meeting with agents and the Roma management to begin planning for the future.

Tare a guaranteed presence
According to this morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanPress), Tare ‘will restore the order of things’ from now on at Milanello, where he will be a regular presence.
Over the last few years, the absence on certain days of a link figure between management and team has surprised and created noise around the club. It is something that Paolo Maldini was well known for doing, and that glue somewhat vanished after he left.
The arrival of the Albanian director will sweep away these discussions because he is a man who likes to split his time between the offices – where he will of course do vital planning for the future – and the training ground.
According to the newspaper, Tare has already visited the facilities and has already met the staff. His task is to ‘restore serenity and joy’ to all those who come into the training complex every day.
