Schalke 04 defender Malick Thiaw has landed at Milan’s Linate airport ahead of the completion of his move to AC Milan.
The German defender is joining the Rossoneri for a reported fee of €6 million and he is set to be the tallest player that Milan have got.
He will add much-needed depth to the Milan defence and given he is just 21 years old, the move is not a departure from Milan’s usual transfer strategy. He is expected to undergo his medical on Monday before the move is confirmed.
