June 30 is formally the last day of the 2024-25 sports season. Contracts are being closed, suitcases are being packed, and Milan have already said goodbye to almost everyone.
Six players are leaving due to the end of their contracts or loans, six different stories with six different impacts on Milan. Before the new campaign starts check out RI Mining Free Cloud Mining, while below is the summary of outgoings.

Sottil N/A
The four loans that are leaving are a bit of a mirror of what the season just ended was: a flop. There is little to be salvaged from the season of Abraham, Walker, Joao Felix and Sottil, not always due to the fault of the players.
Taking the example of the latter, he simply didn’t play enough: only one appearance as a starter, in February against Verona, which seemed more to punish Leao (who then came on in the 46th minute) than to give confidence to Sottil himself.
In the end the Italian accumulated 8 appearances, all of them fragments. He was appreciated for his versatility, especially in Lecce where for a series of circumstances he was disengaged as a full-back.
Tammy far from useless
Tammy Abraham had his moments of glory, he was supposed to be the reserve striker and overall he didn’t even do badly, starting from the assumption that we knew we were in front of a player who didn’t score a flurry of goals.
In the end he reached double figures, scored the decisive goal in the Supercoppa Italiana and was top scorer in the Coppa Italia, where, however, Conceiçao preferred Jovic in the most important matches.
Winter of discontent
Kyle Walker was the great illusion, the defensive leader that was missing and the beginning had also made one foresee a permanent signing that at a certain point even seemed certain.
His season virtually ended with the broken arm suffered in April. Since then he has lost his starting place and when he played for 4 snippets of the game it was clear that his situation had changed.
On the other hand, the sums of Joao Felix were drawn earlier: he showed up with the winning spoon against Roma, he finished by scoring in the last two games of the season.
In the middle, a lot of affectation and little ability to make an impact. In the end even an admirer like Sergio Conceiçao had to give up.
Jovic not quite enough
Then there are the expiring contracts: Luka Jovic’s was renewed a year ago with great surprise, the Serbian – after the first match of the season against Torino – was rejected without appeal by Fonseca and used by Conceiçao in the season finale.
He got some great satisfactions, above all the brace in the derby in the second leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final. He closed his two-year period with 13 goals in 47 games.
Florenzi’s injury ordeal
We close but not in order of importance with Alessandro Florenzi, one of the protagonists of the 2022 Scudetto, in a season in which he scored 2 goals. Important on the pitch for his versatility, for his experience and as a locker room man.
Four years, two of which were lost due to serious injuries. In the last match of the season just ended he took the floor, he spoke of a Milan that must restart with players who want to stay. He would have been useful also in this reconstruction phase.
