TMW: Milan progressing with attempts to sign Uruguayan defender

AC Milan are working hard to sign Uruguayan defender Facundo Gonzalez from Valencia’s B Team as they seek to find a replacement for Matteo Gabbia, a report claims.

As has been reported by TMW, the Rossoneri want to bring in a young and promising defender to be a depth option and one to watch for the future.

This role has been played in recent years by Gabbia but he is expected to move to Villarreal, the deal being discussed whilst Milan have been securing the move for Nigerian winger Samuel Chukwueze.

Gonzalez has been playing for the B Team of Valencia and at 20 years old, there is a belief that he can take a step up.

There is a year left to run on his contract and Milan are set to meet with his agent at the start of this week to try and come to an agreement on personal terms. The move would only be a straight loan.

  1. Not bad, but I kindly and humbly challenge everybody to check out for ” GUGA GOMES” who plays for Fluminese. He’s another Danny Alves, let’s bring him rather than Singo to deputize Calabria. Someone to take this report to Fularni please.

    1. He is non EU. We cant sign him this summer. Maybe next season if there is any interest from Milan.

Ah you won’t read this anyway

      1. offer them Kalulu part exchange and pay the difference, or even better CDK part exchange ??
my point is that deals can be done, but we don’t even try, just go straight for the cheap option.

  2. “We don’t even try”???

Were you on Mars, Saturn or Pluto during the last month? Milan is being the most active Serie A side on the calciomercato, by far! Loftus-Cheek, Romero, Pulisic, Reijinders, Okafor, Chuckweze, all of them in a matter of few weeks! And more to come, that’s for sure.

We’re simply revamping the squad, one can even speculate that this ‘revolution’ will turn out wrong, but complain against lack of action is simply PATHETIC.

    1. you misunderstand me, i meant we didn’t even try for Scalvini, not the whole mercato ?? no need to get all shouty !!
