Zanellato to Crotone a done deal
Zanellato to Crotone, only the official announcement is missing. The former Primavera player could complete his move to Crotone on already Monday.
The formula for the transfer is a loan with an obligation to buy at €0.4m. Milan have secured 50% of any future sale and will have the opportunity to re-sign the player, most likely by matching the highest offer on the table.
Gustavo Gomez to Boca Juniors – Updates
The negotiations for Gustavo Gomez at Boca Juniors are continuing slowly. The Argentinian side have obtained a permit to continue the negotiations, as the Argentinian transfer market as ended.
Boca have offered €5m+bonuses for 80% of the player, meaning Milan would receive 20% of any future sale. However, the Rossoneri want at least €7m. The distance could be further filed already on the weekend. But it takes a sacrifice on the part of the Rossoneri who are still waiting for Celta Vigo’s offer.
Zanellato leaves; Milan to sign a Kessie backup?
Massimiliano Mirabelli was clear: nobody will arrive. However, the sale of Zanellato opens the possibility of an arrival, even though the chances are small. Should there be a good opportunity in the last days of the Mercato, then Milan cold pounce, as they’re in need of a backup to Kessie.
