News continues to filter about the figures who will join the AC Milan management after RedBird Capital completed their takeover of the club.
Tuttosport (via MilanNews) writes that Patrick Harverson will be park of the new era at Milan under RedBird, and he is a man who has a fascinating background across various different sectors of public life, sport and PR.
Harverson began as an economic journalist, working for the Financial Times from 1988 to 2000, and then became a sports reporter. From 2000 he was the head of communications for Manchester United and then from 2004 he was the head of communication for the English Royal Family and Prince Charles in particular.
In 2014, he moved to Milltown Partners LLP and now manages RedBird Capital’s UK communications. Therefore, it would be logical to presume that he will take up some role within the Public Relations and other communications department of the Rossoneri, but it remains to be seen if he will replace anyone.
