Tuttosport: Future of winger appears to be away from Milan as enquiries from Spain arrive

By Oliver Fisher -

There have been several requests for information from clubs in Spain regarding AC Milan winger Samu Castillejo, a report claims.

When Stefano Pioli arrived as the head coach, Castillejo had his brightest spell in a Milan shirt as he took over the starting spot from Suso and seemed to offer more of a threat, but since then his performances have gone downhill and he cannot seem to find any consistency.

This has led to rumours that Milan are looking to upgrade in the right wing department this summer which could spell the end of the Spaniard’s time with the Rossoneri, given that he would become third choice in the event of a new signing.

According to the latest from Tuttosport (via Calciomercato.com), Castillejo’s future could be in his home country Spain. The paper reports that several LaLiga clubs have asked for information ahead of a potential summer move, with Milan willing to sell the 26-year-old.
