AC Milan have enquired about Lille star Jonathan Ikone but face strong competition from Germany, according to a report.
It has been well documented by several sources that Milan are in the market for a new right winger as Samu Castillejo is likely to leave the club this summer meaning a replacement will be needed.

Today’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews) takes a look at Milan’s market strategies and confirms that the Rossoneri have made an enquiry about Jonathan Ikoné. There is also another club interested in the player though, and Milan will have to guard against competition from Borussia Dortmund.
It comes after a video on Friday showed Marco Branca from the agency FIRS1 Sports arriving at Casa Milan. What is perhaps most significant about this news is that Branca works Ikone, who continues to be repeatedly linked with a move to Milan. It could be that the wheels are in motion, therefore.
