Tuttosport: Milan issue ultimate to €35m man as Man Utd, Spurs and PSG all register interest

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have given Krzysztof Piatek an ultimatum regarding his future as a number of European heavyweights circle, a report claims.

The Poland international has not started in either of Milan’s last two Serie A fixtures and didn’t even come off the bench during Sunday’s 3-2 win over Udinese at San Siro.

Piatek has struggled for form so far this season, netting just twice from open play in all competitions and having now fallen behind Rafael Leao and Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the pecking order.

Despite this, it seems there is no shortage of suitors as a number of top European clubs continue to be linked with an attempt to secure his services before the end of the window.

According to the latest from Tuttosport – as cited by Calciomercato.com – Milan have given an ultimatum to Piatek, valued at €35m, regarding his future.

The Turin-based newspaper writes that the former Genoa man will have to make a decision within the week, as if he chooses to leave then it gives the Rossoneri some time to source a potential replacement.

The report adds that Tottenham, Crystal Palace and Manchester United are all keen, while Paris Saint-Germain cannot be ruled out of the running, especially if Edinson Cavani were to leave.
