AC Milan’s defensive crisis has been the talk of the season. However, if they are not careful they could enter a similar position concerning their midfield, which could offer a golden opportunity to a Primavera talent.
Milan, unfortunately, witnessed another addition to the injury list on Sunday after Tommaso Pobega suffered a hip injury, which may need surgery. They could also be about to lose two more players in January, though.
Ismael Bennacer will likely depart for the African Cup of Nations – he has effectively been selected for the tournament, and it is unlikely he will refuse the offer. On the other hand, Rade Krunic may depart the club – he has been linked heavily with a move to Fenerbahce.
As a result, Tuttosport (via MilanNews) have revealed that Stefano Pioli could offer an opportunity to Kevin Zeroli, the captain of the Primavera side. The 58-year-old has already offered opportunities to Francesco Camarda and Jan-Carlo Simic, and the soon-to-be 19-year-old may be the next in line for a call-up.
Kevin Showed Maturity during preseason and he looks the most likely to succeed out of all our kids at the moment, along with Simic, Bartesaghi and Camarda. And he looks every part of a star of the future, he impressed me the most and I can’t wait to see what he brings to the table.
I thought Eletu was standout in some friendly performances.

Given we are out of CL and should make top 4 comfortably enough it’s a great season to blood some of our brilliant youngsters. That would make the season a success in my view.
I also think its the best way to encourage our big stars like Mike, Theo and Leao. If they see we have hot young talent coming through it would be a huge help.
Our star men will have a choice to make this summer, as will the club.

Did Traore kinda dissapear? Not a lot of talk of him anymore, have seen him 1 or 2 mins with the 1st team but thats that. Should be loaned out.
And that would be very welcomed. Remind you Barca took last year LaLiga with half the team basically teenagers. All Primavera stars up until now proved very capable in the 1 Team. And Simic was simply sensational.
Good player but I’m not impressed, though Eletu is a better option a true DM with great shot ability, I don’t know how he he is recovering from his injury and about his contract extension?

And I don’t understand why Adli just keeps on hanging around and hoping. Pioli isn’t going to trust him ever, it’s about time he realises and pushes for a move. Ligue In would do him a world of good
