Tuttosport: Okafor working towards injury return against Monza

By Euan Burns -

AC Milan’s injury problems could be alleviated slightly next week as Noah Okafor aims to be back available in time for the Serie A clash with Monza, a report claims.

As has been reported by Tuttosport (via Milan News), the Swiss forward is aiming to be fit in time for Milan’s Serie A match against Monza which takes place at 12:30 CET on December 17.

His absence has come at the same time as Rafael Leao suffering from an injury which has resulted in Christian Pulisic being used on the left wing and Samuel Chukwueze on the right wing.

Okafor suffered his muscle injury while away with the Swiss National Team and he has been working hard at Milanello to get fit as soon as possible.

The next week of training at Milanello will be when Milan really learn whether Okafor is going to be able to return or not against Monza.
