Ralf Rangnick could help AC Milan secure the signing of highly-rated Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai, a report claims.
According to Tuttosport on Sunday (via MilanNews), Milan will focus a lot on the midfield during the summer market as it is perhaps the weakest area of the current squad.

Sandro Tonali remains the main objective, but he is obviously not the only profile in the Rossoneri’s notebook. The paper claims that Hungary international Dominik Szoboszlai is also a player who is attracting Milan’s attention, but competition is fierce.
Several top clubs such as Liverpool, Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig – who boasts a preferential lane by being owned by Red Bull just like Salzburg – are mentioned as having an interest.
The 19-year-old falls perfectly into the parameters imposed by the CEO Ivan Gazidis: young, forward-looking and sellable in the future at a higher price.
The Rossoneri could take advantage of the Rangnick factor and the influence that the German manager has on the Red Bull environment. There is a risk, however, that a real auction may break out (Inter and Lazio also like the play), with his current valuation already €30m.
