If the fate of technical director Paolo Maldini seems to have already been decided, that of sporting director Frederic Massara is still to be deciphered.
According to the paper edition of Tuttosport on Tuesday (via MilanLive), there is a good chance that Massara could stay at the club beyond the summer despite the persistent speculation that the club are heading for another revolution, this time led by Ralf Rangnick.
The former Roma chief would be part of that Italian staff that the German would like to keep at Milan, in addition to some already existent respected collaborators like Hendrik Almstadt (right-hand man of CEO Ivan Gazidis) and chief scout Geoffrey Moncada .
Reflections are in progress for Massara, but the hypothesis of a return to Roma is not out of the question. The Giallorossi – in the event of Gianluca Petrachi’s farewell – are also be considering making an offer for the 51-year-old to return to the capital.
