Defender Ivan Strinic has arrived at Casa Milan to official terminate his contract with AC Milan.
The Croatia international joined on a free transfer from Sampdoria last summer, something which looked like a potential steal given his performances at the World Cup in Russia.
However, he never made a competitive appearance for the Rossoneri as he was diagnosed with a heart condition not long after arriving at the club.
Technical director Paolo Maldini recently confirmed to reporters that two full-backs would be leaving the club before the window shuts.
Our transfer expert Vito Angele then confirmed that Strinic would terminate his contract with Milan, which was set to run until 2021, and he is now free to join another team.
Now, a video from MilanNews.it reporter Anto Vitiello on Monday has shown Strinic arriving at the club’s Casa Milan headquarters after ending his deal.
