AC Milan took a commanding 2-0 lead into the break in their Coppa Italia quarter-final tie against Roma as Tammy Abraham returned to haunt his former club.
After withstanding a few waves of Roma attack, Milan got the second goal a few minutes before the break and again it came through Abraham.
The move started with a sweeping pass from Musah to get out of the press, then Theo took it forward and slipped in the English forward, who finished confidently for his second of the night.

Nice goal. 🔴⚫️
If we sign him permanently, lets just hope Roma doesn’t play hardball because of this lol
two goals is not a sign of a player who should be signed right away. This guy needs to prove himself consistently and Joao Felix has done really well to be reliable but I wouldn’t ask the club to sign him right away.
The main goal is consistency and Joao Felix, Abraham have to prove themselves. Then Milan can be pressured to sign them. I think people Forget about Saelemaeker who is doing really well at Roma. There is an environment to make a deal with Roma if Abraham delivers.
💯
Have to remember someone’s contribution over a season particularly in clutch moments. Tammy was great tonight but overall his loan period has been only meh. I wouldn’t pay the 25mn or whatever Roma are demanding based on his first 6 months. Of course would change mind if he shows more clinical edge regularly.
But v good from him today, no doubt.
