AC Milan managed to go into the international break with a win thanks to Christian Pulisic’s goal and some heroics from Olivier Giroud between the posts.
It looked like heading for a draw but all the drama came in the final five minutes as Pulisic’s shot made it 1-0 and then Giroud went in net after Mike Maignan saw red. Not only that, but the Frenchman even made a decisive stop in added time.
