Paulo Fonseca is currently experiencing his first week in charge of AC Milan, and the club have given a behind-the-scenes look.
Having been officially confirmed as the new head coach some time ago, Fonseca landed in Italy last weekend and on Monday he did a press conference in which he explained his ideas.
Some hard work on the training pitch now awaits to implement his style, and Milan TV have given us a peek behind the curtain.
