There has been some talk among rival fans and in the media that AC Milan have had the rub of the green when it comes to penalty decisions.
The Rossoneri have had 10 spot kicks awarded already so far this season in the opening 15 games, with the latest being one for a foul on Ante Rebic in Sunday’s 2-0 win over Benevento. The second-most in Serie A is Juventus with five, leading some to suggest that Milan have had ‘penalty luck’.
