In an entertaining game at San Siro on Thursday night, there were a number of notable performances as AC Milan scored four times in a 4-2 win over Celtic.
We begin with Alessio Romagnoli, who came off the bench after Simon Kjaer’s early injury and settled the back four after a nervy start in his 200th appearance for the club.
Sandro Tonali also came on at half-time in place of Rade Krunic, and he grew into the game like a lot of players and continues to show promising signs.
Gianluigi Donnarumma was in excellent form as per usual, making a couple of fantastic saves.
The star man was of course Jens Petter Hauge, who scored a fantastic solo goal to make it 3-2 and then provided a lovely assist for Brahim Diaz’s chip.
Ismael Bennacer came on later in the game, but he actually made a big impact and restored some bite to the midfield.
