As Tuttosport (via MilanNews) recalls this morning, five centre-forwards alternated at Milan in the season that has just finished, but to date the only one who is certain to stay next year is Santiago Gimenez.

In the first part of the season, the Rossoneri often relied on Alvaro Morata who then went on loan to Galatasaray in January until the end of 2025. In the following months, in addition to the Mexican, Tammy Abraham, Luka Jovic and Francesco Camarda all started.

However, the Englishman will not be bought from Roma, the Serbian will not renew his expiring contract, while the very young Italian is destined to go and play on loan.

Allegri wants a striker

Obviously Gimenez alone is not enough and for this reason Allegri has asked the club for another striker. One of the names that has been linked most insistently to the Rossoneri in recent weeks is that of Vlahovic, whose deal with Juve expires in a year.

At the moment there do not seem to be much chance of a renewal with the Bianconeri, but in the next few days everything will be clearer given that there will be contact between the player and Damien Comolli, with the latter wanting to understand the Serbian’s intentions.

He has no shortage of admirers around Europe (Fenerbahce, Atletico Madrid and Manchester United), as well as in Italy where Milan are seriously considering him. There was an initial contact between the Milan and Juve on Thursday, with the Diavolo trying to understand what the asking price is.

The player will weigh on the accounts at just under €20m on June 30. The Bianconeri are starting with a valuation of €30m euros, but a deal could be found at €25m . As for his salary, Milan will not offer the €12m net per year he gets now, but hope €6-7m per season could be enough.
