AC Milan legend Paolo Maldini spoke to Sky Italia about Gattuso’s progress with the Rossoneri so far, as well as the disappointing loss to Arsenal at San Siro.
“Gattuso showed that he wasn’t afraid to go and get managerial experience abroad. This, combined with his knowledge of football as a player, meant he had clear ideas when joining Milan.
“Milan-Arsenal with a full San Siro, the players lacked experience in such an important game. I haven’t seen the game so I can’t judge. Even though Arsenal had suffered as of lately, they still have great individuals.”
