MN: Milan players will be back at Milanello today – lunch then training

By Isak Möller -

AC Milan will resume training at Milanello tomorrow after four days off for those not on international duty. The team will have a lunch meeting to catch up before heading out on the training pitch.

The drama against Genoa didn’t just drain the energy from the fans, but also the players who since have been enjoying four days off. Of course, those called up for international duty have not been able to rest as much.

According to MilanNews, the players who aren’t on international duty will be back at Milanello today for a lunch meeting and then a training session at 15:00 CEST. A slow start is expected, with ten days left still until the Juventus clash.

Pioli is hoping to recover Pierre Kalulu, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Rade Krunic for the game against the Bianconeri. The latest report suggests that they will be available, which is a big boost as a tough schedule awaits after the break.
