Raiola on Ibrahimovic-Milan: “We will see what happens”

In recent weeks, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been heavily linked with a return to AC Milan, who have struggled in attack at the start of this season. However, the negotiations are proving to be tough.

Of course, Mino Raiola is one of the key figures in the talks, representing the Swedish international. In an interview with Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews.it), the agent shared his thoughts on the situation.

“How will it end? I won’t unbalance myself, we’ll see what happens. Certainly, if he returned, the appeal of Serie A would increase, both technically and on television. Bologna, Milan or Napoli? Who knows, we are free men,” he stated.

It remains to be seen if Ibrahimovic will accept the offer of the Rossoneri which, according to the same newspaper, initially is for 6 months with an option to extend it by a further 12 months. In 18 months, he could earn up to €6m.

In 14 games, Pioli’s men have scored just 13 goals, which simply isn’t good enough for a club like Milan. Therefore, the arrival of Ibrahimovic would do well for the Rossoneri, not just because of his quality, but also because of his experience.
