Tammy Abraham is currently undergoing a medical ahead of joining AC Milan on loan from AS Roma, and he said he is ‘very happy’ to be making the switch.
The English striker arrived in the city this morning to undergo the usual medical checks at the La Madonnina clinic, before heading to the Ambrosiano centre to do his sports fitness test and then sign his contract at Casa Milan.

As confirmed by numerous reliable sources, Abraham will join Milan on a season-long loan deal with Alexis Saelemaekers going in the opposite direction on the same terms.

He will run and press and create the space – that’s gotta be the thought process. And even with those stats, I’d start him over Okafor and hopefully outgoing Jovic.
Yeah in theory he could also compete in gymnastics at the Olympics or walk on the moon. He’s definitely not the kind of high profile we should be looking for at this point, the club being financially fine and on the verge (at least before last summer) of prominence. Morata as Mister X was already a tough pill to swallow after months of teasing for the next great striker.

Just open your eyes, look at other Serie A top clubs, what fans around here and on Milan’s social media are saying and how this team is playing.

I believe it is swap of bench players that may have more chances on the field after the deal is done. Both are not the cream, but can still be useful. And it’s a loan deal, so no heavy commitments and big risks anyway..

It’s not only important what you or the management want, but also what you are given as options. I don’t believe Chiesa would have preferred Milan vs Liverpool, nor we can give him what he wants.
In the case of Abraham, you bear minimum risk and replace an overstaffed MID position with necessary ATT position. Jovic needs to leave today or he might end up in Futuro…
What a career that would be – from RM to Serie C in several seasons during his prime years… Maybe he can flourish somewhere else, but I doubt it will be with us.
