The AC Milan Women lost their final game of The Women’s Cup on Saturday as they fought back valiantly, but ended up just short against Club America.
Goals from Tucceri Cimini, Piemonte, Thomas, and Bergamaschi, were not enough to put them past their opponents from Mexico as they prevailed 5-4 in the end.
The Milan Women will now return to Italy to begin the Serie A Femminile season. They’ll play Fiorentina on August 27th and kickoff time will be at 17:30 CEST. In the meanwhile, you’ll be able to watch highlights of the match against Club America below.
