The report cites sources in England in claiming that there are three clubs in Serie A that are thinking about a concrete move for the 26-year-old midfielder, namely Inter, Milan and Lazio.
Moreover, those three clubs have actually been contacted by his entourage in the summer when the rumours were rife that Loftus-Cheek could make the move away from west London due to not being a big part of Thomas Tuchel’s plans.
It comes after the same source reported last week that during the the game at Stamford Bridge in the Champions League, directors Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara reiterated their appreciation for the Englishman, and while at the moment there is no room for a negotiation they remain vigilant and ready to exploit any opportunity given his deal runs out in 2024.
