Agent of Cutrone: “Patrick will stay at Milan”

By Nikita Fesyukov -

Striker Patrick Cutrone has no desire to leave AC Milan despite struggling for starts recently, his agent has confirmed.

Cutrone has been going through a tough time at AC Milan in the past couple of months, with Krzysztof Piątek being preferred by Gennaro Gattuso on a regular basis in the starting line-up.

In the past couple of weeks, there have been some rumours of a potential departure of the Italian youngster from the San Siro.

Spurs, Torino and Lazio have been credited with interest in his services, however the agent of the player Donato Orgnoni seems to have denied any exit rumours in an interview with Radio Marte.

“Patrick is fine at Milan and he will stay at the club,” his agent said.

Cutrone has been mostly used as a bench player by Gattuso throughout the season, firstly as an alternative to Gonzalo Higuain and now to Piatek.

Despite this, however, the Italian U21 international has managed to score nine goals across all competitions for the Rossoneri, even though his last goal dates back to December against Parma at the San Siro.
