Tiemoue Bakayoko’s return to AC Milan has not gone to plan so far and an update regarding his future could be set to arrive soon, a report claims.
Bakayoko has barely featured in 2022 after a tough first half of the season which saw him subbed off at half-time in a couple of the rare starts he was given, and this has led to speculation that his two-year loan spell could be cut short.
MilanNews report that Bakayoko’s agents are in Milan at the moment and evaluations are underway on the future of the French midfielder who is without a single minute of league action since the home loss against Spezia back on 17 January.
As mentioned, he sealed his return to the Rossoneri on a two-year loan – therefore until June 2023 – but given the fact he is being used so rarely by technical choice, his return to Chelsea at the end of this season is a concrete possibility.
He is only good in 3 midfield formation like 433 or 352. I don’t know why AC Milan loan him knowing he is bad at double pivot. Return him to Chelsea to give room pobega
Would have been nice for him to regain his Gattuso form; even more given that Kessie is leaving. Needed more playing time.
Good luck Baka.
