Juventus will face another trial in addition to the capital gains case as they will be brought forward to explain their salary manoeuvres too, it has been confirmed.
According to ANSA (via MilanNews), in addition to the hearing in the FIGC’s federal court of appeal which on Monday will have to reformulate the penalty for the capital gains case, another sporting trial is coming for Juventus.

It is scheduled for next June, as the Federal Prosecutor has referred the Bianconeri for the so-called salary manoeuvre that took place during Covid. Juve are accused of violating article 4.1, and therefore that of sporting integrity.
The club have been referred for direct and objective responsibility ‘for the acts and behaviours put in place by its managers’.
The referral was triggered for the actions of Andrea Agnelli (at the time chairman of the board of directors), Pavel Nedved (at the time vice-chairman), Fabio Paratici, Federico Cherubini, Giovanni Manna (then director of the Under 23s), Paolo Morganti (head of Football Operations) and Stefano Braghin (director of the youth sector at the time).
All are accused of violating Article 4, Paragraph 1, of the code of justice sports and related to four different strands of the investigation.
We must wait and see what this means for Juve’s hopes of participating in the Champions League next season, but it certainly does not seem good.
Uefa must give them at least 1 year ban from any competitions they reach.

It’s not “next June”. The FIGC want to resolve both cases before the end of June, allowing the punishments to be applied to the 2022-23 season.
The previous case will be resolved at the end of May, this case at June.
Would something like this happened with us UEFA would have banned us already!
That’s right, because we already under agreement to reduce our previous punishment.
It’s pathetic that we need a rival to get point deductions in order to finish in the top 4 but I’ll take it. Unfortunately, we will still have Pioli next season. Maybe during the Summer he could take a course on football tactics?

Only worthwhile penalty for this p.o.s cheating club is to send it to Serie D imo.
